Renowned actor Danny Glover led a group of celebrities who arrived on the Island last night to take part in a fundraising gala.
He was joined by health advocate and legal correspondent Star Jones, actors Lance Gross and Vanessa Bell Calloway and musician Aaron Fresh.
All of the celebrities are in Bermuda to take part in the Syncairly Yours Foundation Diamonds and Caviar Gala, being held tonight at Newstead to help raise awareness about the impact of premature childbirth.
Mr Glover, best known for playing Roger Murtaugh in the Lethal Weapon series of films and Albert Johnson in The Colour Purple, is also an outspoken supporter of several humanitarian causes.
Mrs Calloway has appeared in films including Biker Boyz, Coming to America and numerous television shows, while Mr Gross plays Calvin Payne in Tyler Perry’s House of Payne.
