Tommy Lee is certainly following in the footsteps of his mentor. Those footsteps lead to a lot of media attention and people criticizing what you do. One of his latest singles, Uncle Demon, Tommy Lee takes on the persons of as the title says a demon.
Tommy Lee’s critics include the Warlord, Bounty Killer, who has been blowing up his twitter accounting, condemning demons and devils. Famousja.com reported that Bounty Killer tweeted, “Every man know a me say youths fi run the place, but nuh come chat nuh (expletive) bout freak and devil or demon.”
Bounty however did not mention Tommy Lee’s name, but of course it is speculated that the tweet is directed at the self-proclaimed Uncle Demon. In his defense, Bounty took to twitter again to say, “Same way mi say demons and devil ago dead unun push up tammy lee now we sing we song a war fi god is tammy lee talking that mean say him a war against god then why is him we talking?”
As that tweet suggested, Bounty Killer, subsequently, did a song, entitled, ‘War Fi God’ which features fellow dancehall artist Kiprich.

When pressed for a response, Tommy Lee simply said that he has no problem with Bounty Killer and that he respects him. This is a surprising response coming from someone who calls himself Uncle Demon; and not only that but, it is very rare in dancehall, you find that an artist who has been ‘disrespected’ by another, does not reciprocate.
All I can say is that this is some level of class being shown by Tommy Lee.
However, I must say that he (Tommy Lee) scares me, he really scares me.

As for a clash at Sting 2012, Bounty Killer had this to tweet, “Stating clearly I Bounty Killer won’t be clashing with Tommy Lee at sting this year plus i never said I was gonna either I’m just going to derail the demonic movements been slewing demons and devils it’s ntn new I’ll be clashing with everything Unrighteous and Unclean but all the best to Tommy on his success but only god gives good blessings not the devil so anything good happening 4 him now god does it unuh fi teach the yute’s dem right unuh help him if unuh love him to stop glorifying the devil and batty spartan look what unuh help kartel to do to his self now wise up Black People!!!
