Between 1995 and 2001, the D’Orum Corporation of Chicago retained Richard as Production Designer and Platform Spokesperson for the innovative merchandising thrust of their hair product range throughout the region, quadrupling their sales.

Fashion Presentations have become his forte, having himself done over 500 showcases throughout the Caribbean. These prepared him for his creative directorship of Guyana Fashion Weekend, Fashion Week Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua  Fashion Weekend, Tobago Fashion Weekend and his work in progress; Style St Lucia.

It is evident that he is a sought-after creative director, having been invited to consult at Barbados Fashion Week, Caribbean Fashion Week in Jamaica and Dominicana Moda in Santo Domingo.
