It’s Nuts!

What do you eat when you’re snacking? Do you know the foods that not only taste good but are also good for your health? When eaten in the right quantity of course.

Well, there’s almonds, yogurt, wheat crackers, fruits, soup, Babybel cheese, dry-roasted chickpeas, Greek yogurt parfait with granola and berries, kale chips, trail mix, hummus and veggies, protein bars, hard-boiled eggs, low-fat popcorn.

OMG, I gotta snack now!
