Now straight into recruiting for my Rasta’urant The Caribbean Smokehouse opens November 2015 (Next month!) in Westfield Shopping Center Stratford east London, lowdahmercy that’s soon! I really want to employ the right people to work with me, not for me. I have always always trusted you guys to guide and mentor me through all my successes and my failures too, and you have been brilliant helping me to build my sauce business and turned me into a better person along the way too, but this is different and I am a tad scared!

The Rasta’raunt will be my way of saying thanks to you all. A place where I can invite my friends for a bite of decent real food and some lovely music. I’ll be needing your help again for this. I am always the first to admit that I am rubbish at most things on my own but as part of a team I can always be brilliant. Things are looking up….Arsenal won yesterday against Bayern Munich. Also just returned from Ocho Rios in Jamaica working on the TV show “Britton’s next top model” I loved being on the show (Obviously) twas hilariously funny, lowdahmercy, was some gig…and yes they were all very beautiful!
