Health news. One of the challenging questions of our time, yet it is vital to our well-being if we are to enjoy lasting prosperity.

Both specialists and lay professionals alike, concede that ‘Health is Wealth’ – meaning if one’s well-being ‘is in shape’ the likelihood of securing lasting prosperity is not in doubt.

There are so many views on health that they tend to border on ‘pop art’ or ‘pop culture’.  Health is basically a series of continuous efforts to maintain an ‘intelligent’ balance of mind, body and soul or spirit.

Such harmony is possible when there is purity of thought, the physical-being is in shape (balanced diet or nutrition coupled with regular exercise), the soul expresses its divine qualities, emotions are nourished by genuine affection and the intellect is nurtured by progressive thought-processes.

In short, negative thoughts and actions can damage the being and this affects our wellness in general. This is so because like most psychology, everything ‘begins’ in, and ‘ends’ with the mind.

If we are to maintain the so-called ‘picture-perfect of health’ the least we can do, is to will ourselves to make the right choices, and stick with them.
